Suhail Goyal, director, Surya World institute of Chandigarh says, "With competition increasing rapidly, a master's degree has become important for one to succeed in industry but experience gained on the job is accounted for. "With every passing year, thousand are graduating with an aim to persue a career in the sector but it is important for one to perform productively right from the start. The industry might be growing but over a period of time, with rapid proliferation of engeering schools and the focus on producing engineers, there is a large supply of workforces but the quality is not as per industry standard. Thus, concentrating on producing productive professional should be an institute's goal.

Goyal adds that IT has improvised globalisations and brought the world together as an interdependent system where communication has become possible through various mediums.
